Delivery of bread and breadcrumbs to the Sieradz Prison in 2027

Summary

The contract concerns the supply of bread and breadcrumbs to the Sieradz Prison in 2027. The scope includes four product types: wheat bread sliced and packaged 350 g (80,000 kg), brown bread sliced and packaged 350 g (100 kg), Kaiser rolls (approx. 50 g) – 20,000 pieces, and breadcrumbs – 400 kg. Products must be produced according to applicable Polish standards and EU food-safety regulations (HACCP). Each delivery must be labeled with producer name, ingredients, production date, shelf life, storage conditions, and batch identification; must comply with current food-safety legislation. Shelf life must be at least 4 days from delivery date. Deliveries are made directly to the organizational unit of the Prison in Sieradz (Orzechowa 5, 98-200 Sieradz) from Monday to Saturday between 07:00 and 12:30. The contract term is 01 January 2026 to 31 December 2027. The tender will be evaluated based on price (60 points) and payment terms (40 points). The bidder must comply with all general procurement rules and demonstrate the ability to supply the required quantities as specified.
