Delivery of canned and pasteurized food products – retendering

Summary

The tender concerns the continuous supply of canned and pasteurized food products to Kołobrzeg-based catering points operated by Uzdrowisko Kołobrzeg S.A. The items must be of high quality and have an adequate shelf life; each delivery batch must be identifiable and accompanied by a product certificate or equivalent documentation. Packaging must include required information (product name, producer, net weight, shelf life, storage conditions, batch identification). The contract runs for 12 months; deliveries may occur up to 5 times per week; delivery time up to 24 hours after order. The price is the only award criterion. Offers must include the required documents (HACCP certificate or declaration of compliance, vehicle temperature-control evidence, health certificate and vehicle sanitation certificate).
