Renewable electricity for NPO and NOS

Summary

The tender covers the supply of electricity to NOS and NPO and the arrangements for electricity fed back to the grid, with the electricity origin covered by Guarantees of Origin from Dutch wind and solar energy. The supplier must also provide the commercial and operational connection of the BESS battery storage system to the electricity markets, including the balancing market, a trading platform and balancing responsibility services. The contract starts on 1 January 2027; the initial term is two years, with three possible one-year extensions, for a maximum term of five years. The estimated total value over five years is EUR 8,500,000 excluding VAT. The procurement consists of one lot and tenders must be submitted by 29 September 2026 at 11:00. Price is the only award criterion and the tender with the lowest total fictitious tender price will win. All costs, fees and surcharges applicable during the contract term must be included in the pricing document; no additional charges are permitted. The supplier must complete the switch for all connections by 1 January 2027, respond within a maximum of four hours, process changes free of charge within five working days, and provide the required reports, invoices and consumption data digitally.
