Summary

The tender concerns payroll services for Stichting Vitus Zuid’s educational institutions under a framework agreement with one supplier. The contractor will be responsible for payroll administration, legal employment, employee administration, taxes and payments, and arrangements related to sickness and absence. The service currently covers approximately 40 employees, with a minimum workload of 24 hours per week. The framework agreement starts on 1 January 2027, initially lasts two years and may be extended twice by one year. The estimated value is approximately EUR 1,110,000 per year and EUR 4,400,000 in total, both excluding VAT; the maximum value for the full term is EUR 6,600,000.
