Wmo Services 2027-2034

Summary

The tender covers Wmo social support services for the Municipality of Edam-Volendam for 2027–2034: domestic support, individual guidance, day activities and short-term stays. The services are divided into six lots. A bidder may apply for one or more lots but must be able to deliver every product within each selected lot. The procedure follows an open-house model, and framework agreements will be concluded with providers that meet the requirements; no order volume or purchase guarantee is given. The bid must be submitted electronically by 29 September 2026 at 10:00. Services are expected to start on 1 January 2027. The initial framework agreement lasts two years, with options to extend it until 31 December 2034. The bidder must demonstrate registration, compliance with tax obligations, sufficient financial capacity, adequate liability insurance and the suitability of employees and volunteers. The bidder must also comply with all tender and contract performance requirements and cooperate with monitoring, supervision and development activities.
