Interim opening of day activity services in North and Central Drenthe from 1 January 2027

Summary

From 1 January 2027, the procedure will allow providers to participate in day activity services for young people and adults in five municipalities, under both the Youth Act and the Social Support Act. Providers may apply for service types M1, M2 and M3, including transport, in Aa en Hunze, Assen, Midden-Drenthe, Noordenveld and Tynaarlo. M1 focuses on progression towards paid or unpaid work, M2 on returning to education, and M3 on meaningful daytime activities and social participation. The participation request must be sent to inkoop@nmdsamenwerking.nl by 29 September 2026 at 13:00; requests submitted through TenderNed will not be accepted. The provider must submit the required forms and evidence and be able to ensure qualified staff, quality management, compliant service delivery and, where required, safe transport. The estimated total value stated in the procurement information is EUR 147,500,000.
