Framework agreement for the supply of trees and planting material

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for the supply of trees and planting material for the maintenance of public spaces in Gorinchem. The contract covers delivery on call, logistics, packaging return and related administration; planting material for construction projects is excluded. The award criteria are price and social return. Bidders must submit the UEA, a completed price form, and where applicable a trade register extract and power of attorney. The bidder must have adequate liability insurance of at least EUR 5,000,000 per event. The bidder must also have a valid CO2 Performance Ladder certificate at least level 3 (version 3.1), and the offered plant material must be certified “On the way to PlanetProof” or equivalent; a SKAL certificate is required for organic material. A social return obligation of at least 2% of the contract value excluding VAT applies. The exact implementation is agreed after award and must be reported and documented.
