Summary

The tender concerns the supply and delivery of flowers for Hanzehogeschool Groningen. The winning bidder must provide a web-based ordering environment for cut flowers, bouquets and floral arrangements, and organise deliveries so that local and regional florists are used wherever possible. The scope also includes optional items such as small plants, vases, flower and bulb seeds, and silk flowers. The bidder must take into account that standard products are priced up to EUR 25 including VAT and a standard card, while higher-priced items may be offered as custom work. The webshop must operate on weekdays and Saturdays, support at least 20 simultaneous users, and connect to Hanze’s AFAS P2P system via an OCI interface. Orders must be processed via XML and invoicing is electronic. To participate, the bidder must submit the ESPD, references and, where required, other evidence. The bidder must have professional and/or business liability insurance of at least EUR 500,000 and at least one successfully completed flower-supply contract in the last 3 years for a comparable client, worth at least EUR 50,000 per year. All forms requiring signature must be properly signed.
