Summary

SIA Riga Maternity Hospital is procuring a single, 12-month service contract for administration and maintenance of its data networks, servers and workstations. The service covers remote and on-site support, network and server administration, user workstation and printer support, data backup and IT security tasks. The current estate includes 197 workstations, 40 virtual servers, 9 physical servers, 2 routers, 23 switches, 25 wireless access points and 158 printers. The contract also includes a fixed EUR 3,350 allocation, excluding VAT, for IT maintenance materials and computer spare parts not listed in the technical specification.
