The Romani situation in Latvia

Summary

The tender concerns a comprehensive study on the Roma community in Latvia. The objective is to assess Roma participation and inclusion in key areas of social life (education, employment, health, housing, and social services), identify main problems, needs and challenges, and provide evidence-based conclusions and recommendations for inclusion policy planning, implementation, and improvement. The study will include nationwide data analysis, focus groups and in-depth interviews, and collaboration with government bodies and civil society organizations. Deliverables include: a Latvian-language analytical report (at least 80,000 characters), an English-language summary, presentations in Latvian and English (at least 10 slides), an MS Excel data set, and a study annotation.
