Insulation of the end walls and plinth of the residential building at 33 Aveņu Street, Daugavpils, in accordance with the project

Summary

Daugavpils apartment and municipal services company is procuring insulation works for the end walls and plinth of the residential building at 33 Aveņu Street in Daugavpils. The single, undivided contract includes about 943 m² of external wall insulation and 62 m² of plinth insulation, together with related surface preparation, removal and refitting of roof flashing and downpipes, and restoration of the concrete protective strip. Works are planned for 2027 and must be completed within 90 calendar days after the building permit is obtained; the estimated contract value is up to EUR 100,000 excluding VAT.
