Installation of kerbs, low walls and paving slabs in the Municipality of Seixal

Summary

The Municipality of Seixal is procuring public works to install kerbs, low walls and paving slabs within the municipality. The works must be completed within 240 days, and the estimated value and maximum price excluding VAT is EUR 140,325. Price is the sole award criterion. In the event of a tie, the price for a specified grey concrete paving-slab work item is compared first; if the tie remains, a draw is held. The bid must include the prescribed declaration; a description and justification of the proposed work method with technical data sheets for the equipment to be installed; a work schedule and partial deadlines; labour and equipment plans; the total price and unit prices for every work item in PDF and Excel formats; a financial schedule and payment plan; and lists of the equipment and personnel assigned to the works. A corporate bidder must also provide an up-to-date commercial register certificate or access code. Variant bids are not permitted. The successful bidder must hold an IMPIC construction licence for subcategories 1 and 8 of category 2, in a class corresponding to the total bid value. Within five working days of the award, it must submit the required qualification and exclusion-ground evidence, a commercial register certificate and an up-to-date beneficial ownership register certificate. The bid must remain valid for 66 days from the submission deadline.
