Delivery of cut flowers, bouquets, floral compositions and decorations for RTU

Summary

The procurement concerns the supply of cut flowers, bouquets, floral compositions and decorative items for Riga Technical University (RTU). The contract is divided into three parts corresponding to different locations: Riga, Liepāja, and Rezekne. A bidder may bid for one or more parts. For Part 1 (Riga) the estimated value is 22,000 EUR; for Part 2 (Liepāja) and Part 3 (Rezekne) the estimated values are 4,000 EUR each. Bids are submitted electronically through the EIS system, and the award will be based on an economically most advantageous tender, assessed according to multiple criteria described in the procurement documents. The general framework agreements will be concluded with up to two bidders per part who meet the specified requirements.
