Technical and content support for visits

Summary

The Riga Investment and Tourism Agency is procuring technical and content support for visits and related events for 36 months. The services cover meetings with investors and business organisations, visits by tourism-sector representatives, media and content creators, receptions for foreign delegations, and events promoting Riga as a destination. Events may take place in Riga, elsewhere in Latvia or abroad and may include venues, technical equipment, catering, speakers, interpretation and other event services as needed. The contract is not divided into lots and has a ceiling of EUR 420,000 excluding VAT.
