Construction supervision for renovation works at the outpatient department

Summary

The procurement is for construction supervision of renovation works at the outpatient department of Madona Hospital, Rūpniecības iela 38, Madona. Supervision covers 824.6 m² of the outpatient department and 137.3 m² of the admissions department, including architecture, structures and building services such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical installations, electronic communications, fire alarm systems, water supply and sewerage. The estimated construction cost is EUR 825,813.85 excluding VAT, and the forecast duration of the construction and supervision is 10 months, excluding technological breaks. Supervision must continue throughout the construction works until the facility is accepted for use; healthcare services will continue during construction. The bidder must demonstrate at least one qualifying completed supervision project for a building of comparable use within the previous five years and propose five specialists with certificates in the required fields. The bid must be submitted electronically in Latvian with the required application, technical work assignment and financial offer. Price is the only award criterion. No bid guarantee or contract performance security is required. The successful contractor must maintain professional liability insurance for the responsible construction supervisor with a limit equal to 100% of the contract price.
