Real Estate Valuation in the Tukums Area for Local Municipality Needs

Summary

Real estate valuation services are being procured for the needs of Tukums municipality and its institutions. The work may involve valuing apartments, buildings, land, forest stands and agricultural land, as well as valuing real estate for contribution to a company’s share capital. The contract is not divided into lots and will run for 24 months; if the contract amount has not been used by then, the parties may agree to extend it by up to 12 months. The contract value is EUR 41,874.99 excluding VAT. Bidders must demonstrate experience under at least two relevant valuation service contracts and provide at least one suitably qualified real estate valuation specialist. Offers must be submitted electronically through Latvia’s EIS system and in Latvian.
