Development and warranty provision for the “Where Is My Mom?” website

Summary

The procurement covers development of the “Where Is My Mom?” website, including its game and 3D animation solution, and a 24-month warranty. The website must be developed within two calendar months. The bid must include a technical description and design sketches. Further functional and technical requirements are set out in the tender documents’ technical specification and task description. To participate, a bidder must be properly registered, have net turnover of at least EUR 50,000 over the preceding three financial years, and have completed at least three similar website or animation development projects during 2023–2026 up to the bid deadline. At least three positive customer references must be provided. The bid must be submitted electronically in Latvian and include a technical bid, a financial bid and the required declarations. The contract will be awarded to the compliant bidder offering the lowest total price; the price must include all costs and remain unchanged during the contract.
