Supply of furnishings for the nurse’s office, storage rooms and public areas of a new preschool in Ādaži municipality

The tender covers the supply and installation of furnishings for the nurse’s office, storage rooms and public areas of a new preschool in Ādaži municipality. It is divided into three lots: nurse’s office furnishings, storage-room furnishings and public-area furnishings. Bids may be submitted for one or more lots, but must cover each selected lot in full. Delivery and installation will take place at Ūbeļu iela 18, Ādaži. The delivery period runs from the contract’s effective date and is four months for Lots 1 and 2 and five months for Lot 3; delivery and installation may begin no earlier than 1 February 2027. All lots carry a 24-month warranty. For each lot bid for, the tenderer must have completed at least one furniture-supply contract during 2023–2026 before the bid deadline: worth at least EUR 1,000 for Lot 1, EUR 10,000 for Lot 2 or EUR 45,000 for Lot 3, excluding VAT. To qualify, the offer must meet the technical specification; the lowest-priced compliant offer is decisive.
