Production and supply of printed forms

Summary

The State Revenue Service of Latvia is procuring the manufacture and delivery of printed forms, with a total contract value of up to EUR 30,000 excluding VAT. The supply covers 17 categories, including inspection forms, administrative offence forms, customs and guarantee certificates, excise-goods movement notices, receipt books and cash declaration forms in Latvian and English. Orders will be placed as separate deliveries over a period of up to three years or until the contract ceiling is reached, whichever occurs first.
