Technical and economic feasibility design for the urban regeneration of Sant’Elia

Summary

The Municipality of Brindisi is procuring, in a single lot, the technical and economic feasibility design, including coordination of safety during the design phase, for the urban regeneration of the Sant’Elia neighbourhood. The design will cover the market area, roads and parking, an events area, parks, buildings and sports facilities, a water-network section and a cycle route, and will be prepared for use as the basis of an integrated works contract using digital construction information-management methods. The works to which the design relates are valued at €7,697,933.79; the design service has a tender-base fee of €393,701.78, excluding social-security contributions and VAT.
