Project management assistance for Saint-Martin’s 2027–2032 child protection plan

Summary

The Collectivité of Saint-Martin is procuring project management assistance to develop its territorial child protection plan for 2027–2032. The single, non-lotted contract covers a territorial assessment, consultation and development of a prioritised action plan, and drafting of the final plan and related public-facing summary and reports. The work includes at least 30 interviews, six partnership workshops, three internal workshops, four participation sessions for children, young people and families, and one feedback seminar. The maximum delivery period is seven months from contract notification, and the plan is intended to be adopted by the territorial council no later than its last meeting of 2027.
