Cleaning services for public spaces and municipal facilities in Orléans (8 lots)

Summary

The procurement covers cleaning streets and other public spaces in the Orléans area, as well as the courtyards of schools, nurseries, senior residences and social centres in Orléans and Saint-Jean-de-la-Ruelle. It is divided into 8 lots: lots 1–6 concern public spaces, while lots 7–8 cover institutional courtyards. Each lot is a single-supplier framework agreement implemented through orders, with no minimum volume and a maximum amount of EUR 80,000–280,000 per period, depending on the lot. The contract is planned to start on 1 January 2027 for an initial one-year term and may be renewed up to three times for one year each, for a maximum total duration of four years. The submission deadline is 9 October 2026 at 12:00; bids must be submitted electronically, not by email. Price accounts for 70% of the evaluation and technical quality for 30. Technical evaluation includes, among other things, the suitability of staff and equipment, work organisation, quality assurance, reducing environmental impact and social inclusion. For lots 7 and 8, the arrangements and locations for sending waste for recovery are also assessed.
