Construction of an intermunicipal youth centre

Summary

The Haut-Poitou Community of Municipalities is procuring construction of a permanent, approximately 175 m² off-site 3D youth centre, “Le Local des Z’Ados,” at 9 bis rue de la Jeunesse, Neuville-de-Poitou. The works are divided into three lots: earthworks, roads and utility networks; structural works and off-site construction; and fencing and landscaping. The project is designed for the group accommodation of minors and is subject to RE2020 requirements. The estimated contract value is €376,000 and the duration is seven months; optional items include alternative lighting and ventilation solutions.
