River vegetation management and restoration works under a call-off framework agreement

Summary

SIGOM is seeking one supplier under a four-year, call-off framework agreement for river restoration and maintenance works in the Saison, lower Gave d’Oloron, Saleys and their tributaries, within its 91-municipality territory. Work may include selective bank vegetation management, brush cutting and tree work, removal of obstructive woody debris, maintenance of secondary channels, selective treatment of sediment deposits, invasive species control, and related waste removal, access restoration and reseeding. The agreement has no minimum commitment and a maximum value of EUR 800,000 excluding VAT; there are no lots. The programme covers 2026–2030.
