Renovation of SNCF Réseau premises at Place de la Gare in Caen

Summary

Normandie Aménagement and Caen la Mer are jointly procuring the renovation of premises in the building used by SNCF Réseau at Place de la Gare in Caen, formerly a postal sorting centre. The works are divided into eight lots: structural works, screeds and tiling; roof and terrace waterproofing; external joinery and metalwork; dry lining, internal timber joinery and suspended ceilings; resilient flooring, façade renovation and painting; a lift; plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning; and electrical works.
