Renovation of the EEIGM high roof in Nancy

Summary

The University of Lorraine is procuring renovation works for the main roof of the EEIGM building at 8 rue Bastien Lepage in Nancy. The single lot covers approximately 1,080 m² and includes removal of the existing roof build-up and installation of a new vapour barrier, 140 mm polyurethane insulation and a two-layer waterproofing system, together with related roof edges, upstands, rainwater outlets, rooflights and safety components. The planned works, including preparation, are scheduled for 14 weeks.
