Renovation and refurbishment of the R+2 level of the Péristyle building

Summary

The City of Niort is procuring renovation and refurbishment works for the R+2 level of the Péristyle municipal building, including improvements to summer comfort and acoustic insulation, and refurbishment of heating, ventilation and lighting systems. The works are divided into five lots: dry partitions, suspended ceilings and parquet flooring; heating and ventilation; electrical works; painting; and waterproofing. The overall works period is four months, preceded by a one-month preparation period.
