Preparation of strategic plans for SEMNA and SPLNA

Summary

SEMNA and SPLNA are procuring consultancy services to assess both organisations’ strategies and business models, identify opportunities to optimise and diversify their activities, and prepare medium- and long-term strategic plans for Nanterre. The main assignment includes a strategic diagnosis and target economic models, with plans extending to 2035; it does not initially include support for implementation. An optional tranche covers assistance with establishing a SEMNA subsidiary for property management. The contract is not divided into lots and is expected to run for six to eight months.
