Implementation of an information system for the Housing and Financing Service

Summary

The City of Paris is procuring the implementation of an information system for its Housing and Financing Service under a single-supplier framework agreement. The scope includes initial scoping, project management, licences, environment setup, solution development for social and private housing and cross-cutting data, management and mapping functions, data migration, and knowledge transfer. The agreement also covers maintenance and on-demand development, support, expertise, configuration, workshops, training and on-call services. The fixed-price component is estimated at 24 months; the order-based unit-price component runs for 48 months, with a minimum value of EUR 50,000 and a maximum of EUR 400,000 excluding VAT.
