Preparation and supply of meals and snacks for the Preignac school canteen and leisure centre

Summary

The Municipality of Preignac and the Convergence Garonne intermunicipal authority are jointly procuring the preparation and delivery of school meals and afternoon snacks for the school canteen and leisure centre under a single contract with no lots. The service covers school days as well as Wednesdays and school holidays; meals are intended for nursery and primary pupils, teachers and public-sector staff. Indicative 2025 volumes were 20,462 school-period meals and 5,266 meals during out-of-school periods. Annual snack volumes are estimated at 6,300 for municipal after-school care and 4,700 for the leisure centre, with three-year contract ceilings of EUR 30,000 and EUR 25,000 respectively.
