Summary

The Artois-Picardie Water Agency is procuring a single-supplier framework agreement, without lots, for outsourced bulk document production and dispatch, archiving and online tracking. Services include file receipt and checking, printing, document assembly, enveloping, postage, bulk and registered mail, handover to the postal operator, web-portal tracking, archiving, management of returned or undeliverable items, and reporting. The estimated volume is 20,000–25,000 mailings per year; the cumulative maximum is EUR 160,000 including VAT over an initial one-year term, renewable three times for one year each. Dispatch covers mainland France.
