Framework agreement for transport planning tasks
Summary
Helsinki Region Transport (HSL) is establishing a framework agreement for transport-planning tasks divided into three lots: transport system planning, public transport planning and impact assessment. Assignments may include planning studies, network and service planning, transport research, modelling and assessments of economic, social and environmental impacts. Up to seven suppliers will be selected for each lot, with a target of at least two.
