PRISM whole-genome sequencing

Summary

The procurement is for whole-genome sequencing and data processing for the PRISM project, using a volume of 3,000 prepaid vouchers that may be redeemed as needed. Each voucher covers sequencing and processing for one biological sample, together with delivery of both raw and processed data. The same contractor must perform sequencing and data processing because sequencing quality acceptance and decisions on resequencing rely on quality-control feedback from the data processor. The supplied worksheet describes how sample and sequencing-run information is recorded and identifies repeat sequencing for samples whose first-run coverage is below 30×. The estimated contract value is EUR 1,500,000 excluding VAT. Price accounts for 50% of the evaluation and quality for 50%. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 12:00 on 2 November 2026.
