Expression of interest in a small-scale procurement of workplace guidance and coaching services for staff

Summary

The North Karelia Wellbeing Services County is gathering information ahead of a planned procurement of workplace guidance and coaching services for its staff. The services will support workplace interaction and collaboration, management, organisational development, change situations, and the wellbeing and effectiveness of teams and managers. The planned procurement has two parts: tailored in-person programmes of 1–5 sessions at locations designated by the buyer, and tailored remote programmes of 1–5 sessions delivered through Microsoft Teams. The planned contract start date is 1 March 2027.
