Invitation to market dialogue: Taxi cards

Summary

The Kymenlaakso wellbeing services county is preparing a procurement for a taxi card service and invites market participants to take part in a market dialogue. The planned service includes customer-specific payment cards, unit-specific single-use cards, card administration, travel balance top-ups and billing for completed journeys. The service will be used mainly in Kymenlaakso but must operate throughout Finland.
