Market survey: restaurant concession and restaurant and meeting catering services at Lieto City Hall

The City of Lieto is preparing to grant an operator the right to use the City Hall restaurant and kitchen premises and to procure catering for the city’s meetings and events as a single package. The service covers a staff restaurant and café as well as catering for meetings and receptions; the staff restaurant serves an average of approximately 50 people per day. The estimated annual value of meeting and reception catering is EUR 100,000–150,000 excluding VAT. The planned contract start is 1 September 2027, with a four-year term and a possible two-year extension.
