Catering service for children at the Balice School and Preschool Complex in 2027

Summary

The contract covers preparing meals, delivering them to the School and Preschool Complex in Balice at Szkolna 66, and serving them to children during 2027. For 67 preschool children aged 3–6, the provider must supply a full-day menu: breakfast, a second breakfast consisting of fruit before lunch, lunch with soup, a main course and a drink, and an afternoon snack. The provider must also deliver lunch consisting of soup and a main course for 65 pupils in grades I–VIII. The tender documents set maximum quantities of 15,410 for preschool meals and 11,700 for school lunches; payment is based on the actual number of portions delivered. The service period is 1 January to 31 December 2027, excluding school holidays and the summer break on dates agreed with the contracting authority. Staff preparing, serving and transporting meals must generally be employed under employment contracts, although self-employment is permitted as an exception. The bidder must perform the preparation of meals and their delivery to the school itself. Bids are evaluated on price (40%), transport time (30%), and the catering experience of the chef and dietitian (30%). A transport time of up to 20 minutes earns 30 points, more than 20 and up to 30 minutes earns 10 points, and more than 30 minutes earns no points. The bidder must demonstrate the required sanitary approval, suitable food-transport vehicle, relevant past experience and qualified personnel.
