Daily catering for residents of the Educational Institutions Complex in Krosno in 2027

Summary

The tender concerns daily catering for approximately 168 residents, aged 15–20, at an educational institution in Krosno. From 4 January to 22 December 2027, meals must be prepared and served on school days: breakfast, lunch and dinner from Monday to Thursday, and breakfast and lunch on Fridays. The estimated service volume is 185 catering days; school holidays and other days without lessons are excluded, and the number of residents may change. Meals will be prepared on the contracting authority’s premises in Krosno. The bidder must allow at least PLN 23 gross per person from Monday to Thursday and PLN 19 gross on Fridays for ingredients; at least half of the applicable amount must be spent on lunch. The estimated total ingredient allowance is up to PLN 689,976 gross. The bidder’s price must also cover meal preparation and serving. The bidder will rent 97 m² of kitchen and auxiliary premises, pay monthly rent of PLN 1,520 net, and cover utilities based on actual consumption. The bidder must provide any necessary equipment at its own expense. Meals must be fresh, varied and nutritious, with at least 2,500 kcal per person per day. Menus must cater for vegetarians, people with allergies and those requiring special diets, and include allergen information. Ready-made preserved dishes, flavour enhancers, fast food and frozen ingredients may not be used, except for fish. Price is the only award criterion. Attendance at a site visit is mandatory before submitting an offer; visits are scheduled for 5–13 October 2026, and the submission deadline is 14 October 2026 at 09:00. Bidders must also demonstrate at least three years’ qualifying experience in meal services with a combined value of at least PLN 300,000.
