Market Dialogue Invitation: Procurement of Principal and Architectural Design Services 2027

Summary

The City of Espoo invites companies to take part in a market dialogue for principal and architectural design services planned for 2027. The planned procurement covers the design of premises in buildings owned or leased by the city, related supplementary design tasks and expert work, such as warranty-period tasks, building history surveys and the preparation of guidance materials. This is not a request for tenders, and participation in the market dialogue is not a prerequisite for bidding in the later procurement. Draft documents are expected to be sent to registered companies for comment on 19 October, with comments accepted until the end of October. The contracting authority may also arrange company-specific meetings but does not guarantee that they will take place. Participation is unpaid. The formal request for tenders is currently planned for publication in February 2027.
