Request for information: Information security expert services for the Paying Agency

Summary

This is a market information request through which Ruokavirasto is seeking information about available market options and suppliers’ views before planning a possible procurement. The requested services concern information security management for the Paying Agency and cover three areas: advice on EU Paying Agency requirements and information security compliance; development work, including training related to audits and assessments and internal audits; and audits of Ruokavirasto service providers, suppliers and entities involved in Paying Agency operations. The procurement is not for technical information security consulting. Its purpose is to develop information security management and Paying Agency operations in line with ISO/IEC 27001:2022. Responding to the request does not commit either the contracting authority or a responding supplier to proceed with or participate in a later procurement; whether to launch a procurement will be decided after the market consultation.
