Market survey – mobile application for higher education students

Summary

Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences is surveying the market for ready-made mobile applications for higher education students. Solutions must be compatible with higher education institutions’ student information systems (SIS) and include the functions described in the annex; they may cover some or all of those functions. Providers are invited to submit descriptions of their solutions and service levels, information about their pricing models, and comments on the contracting authority’s preliminary requirements and contract terms, including the main agreement and the data processing agreement. Providers may mark their solution descriptions as confidential. Based on the submitted materials, up to three potential providers may be invited to a 1.5-hour meeting and demonstration of their solution. The deadline is 14 October 2026.
