Summary

The City of Forssa is procuring an integrated IT services package covering a service desk and end-user support, including on-site support, Microsoft services, and management of workstations, tablets, mobile devices and audiovisual equipment. Related optional services may also be included. Network infrastructure, including the wide-area network, switches, firewall and internet connection, is excluded; the procurement is not divided into lots.
