Summary

The National Film Archive – Audiovisual Institute (FINA) is procuring maintenance and technical support for its Collection Management System, a digital archive for audiovisual content and metadata. The 19-month service includes troubleshooting and workarounds, TDR software updates, operational advice, and support for system components and integrations. It also includes at least 25 working days (200 hours) of programming support, available during the service period, which ends no later than 31 May 2028.
