Parking enforcement system

Summary

Kuntien Hankintapalvelut KuHa Oy is procuring a parking enforcement system as a SaaS service, including support and maintenance, for the municipalities and cities of Kangasala, Nokia, Ylöjärvi, Lempäälä and Pirkkala. The system will support separate arrangements for Kangasala and Lempäälä and a shared arrangement operated by Nokia for Nokia, Pirkkala and Ylöjärvi. The main contract term is 48 months, with an option to continue indefinitely; optional features include vehicle relocation functionality and further system capabilities as they are developed.
