Rescue Plan Management System

Summary

The City of Seinäjoki is procuring an electronic system for its own use and for use by its group companies to create, maintain and communicate rescue plans. The contract period runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028. The contracting authority may extend the contract indefinitely from 1 January 2029 by giving written notice at least three months before the initial contract period ends. No minimum order quantities are guaranteed; purchases will depend on available budget, and the stated quantities are estimates that do not bind the contracting authority. Bids must be prepared in Finnish, and the entire procurement procedure will be conducted in Finnish.
