Street and Off-Road Patrol Cars 2027

Summary

Hansel Oy is preparing a framework agreement for street and off-road patrol vehicles. The proposed joint procurement is expected to cover large SUVs or off-road vehicles of a similar size, which may, where necessary, be registered as passenger cars or goods vehicles, together with related vehicle outfitting and maintenance services. This is a market survey and dialogue, not an invitation to submit tenders. Interested companies may register by emailing their company name, contact person’s name and email address to kilpailutus@hansel.fi. Registered companies are expected to have an opportunity to comment in writing on draft joint procurement materials around the turn of October and November. Participation in the market dialogue, or choosing not to participate, does not prevent a company from taking part in a future procurement. The tender procedure is planned to begin in late November 2026, with the framework agreement taking effect in March 2027.
