EMRC Showroom Lahti audiovisual equipment procurement

Summary

The tender covers new professional-grade audiovisual equipment and systems for the EMRC showroom being built at LUT University’s Lahti campus. The supplier must install, configure and bring the equipment into full working order, and update the software and firmware used in the systems. Installation personnel must have appropriate training to install and configure the systems; the buyer may request evidence of this training. The buyer will provide the IP address range, and the supplier must keep a device-by-device record of the IP addresses used. The complete installation must be commissioned as soon as possible and no later than 15 January 2027.
