The tender concerns a strategy and governance support program for Brussels local authorities (municipalities and CPAS). It aims to provide advisory and training services under a framework of ten lots, covering development of a transversal strategic plan, planning and optimization of resources, revision of organizational framework and organogram, business continuity planning, portfolio management, change management, internal and external communications, governance and management, and individual and team coaching; targeting Brussels local authorities and CPAS to strengthen governance and strategic capacity of public administrations.
