Time-based architectural and principal design services for 2027–2028, with an option for 2029–2030

Summary

The procurement is for a time-based framework agreement for principal design and architectural design for properties managed by the City of Kangasala and Herttua Kiinteistöpalvelu Oy, covering 2027–2028 with an option to continue in 2029–2030. The work mainly concerns small functional and technical renovations, improvements and alterations to commercial buildings and outdoor areas; design services may also be commissioned for small new-build projects. The architectural designer will act as the principal designer on projects.
