Summary

The tender concerns the development of multi-disciplinary project documentation for the reconstruction of a commercial and service building intended for cultural and educational activities in Nowy Wiśnicz. The work is divided into two stages: Stage I – preparation of complete project documentation and gathering all legally required decisions, approvals and cost estimates; Stage II – preparation of complete technical and execution documentation in all trades. The contract includes transfer of copyright to the Ordering Party and author supervision; the work is to be completed within five months. Tender evaluation will be based on price (60%) and the Architect’s professional experience (40%).
